Use of the Service
- You may use CarFree for personal use and for business submission or campaign workflows that we expressly make available.
- You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws while using transportation and navigation features.
User Submissions
- You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to CarFree is accurate and current.
- You may submit only content and business materials that you have the right to share with us.
- You may not use CarFree forms or contact channels to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or spam content.
Listings, Event Requests, and Paid Services
CarFree offers self-serve listing intake for certain paid plans and inquiry flows for event campaigns. A listing submission, payment, or inquiry does not guarantee publication, placement, or campaign approval. Listings are reviewed before activation, and visibility depends on factors such as relevance, eligibility, reachability, quality, and active billing status.
If you purchase a listing plan or move forward with a paid event workflow, additional commercial terms presented during checkout, invoice, order form, or written proposal may also apply.
Transit and Routing Information
CarFree provides route suggestions and place information from third-party data sources. Transit times, vehicle positions, alerts, and route availability may change without notice. You are responsible for verifying critical travel details before acting.
No Guarantee / Disclaimer
CarFree is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We also do not guarantee that a listing will be approved, that a business will appear in every relevant app surface, or that a campaign will achieve any particular performance result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarFree and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or travel disruptions resulting from use of the service.
Third-Party Services
CarFree depends on third-party services including Google Maps Platform, Firebase, Swiftly data services, and Stripe for certain payment workflows. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
CarFree branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to CarFree if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CarFree after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
