Trip Guidance Availability
On supported Android builds, live trip guidance is designed for active foreground use and may not function reliably if the app is closed, background-restricted, or interrupted by device settings or connectivity issues.

CarFree does not know current sidewalk conditions, crowding, weather hazards, construction, personal safety conditions, or sudden service disruptions in every area. Choose the option that feels safe for you in the moment, even if it differs from the app recommendation.
